Britt Yamamoto is the Executive Director and Founder of iLEAP, which exists to create more social justice and equity in the world and to lift up and sustain the community-based leaders who are the center of social change.

He is also and Adjunct Professor at the University of Vermont, and a Faculty Member of the Amani Institute in Nairobi, a social enterprise in Kenya and Brazil that provides post-graduate education for change makers and aspiring social entrepreneurs. Britt is also a Member of the Steering Committee & Head of Guide Program at Opportunity Collaboration, a four-day, purpose-driven networking and problem solving strategic retreat annually conducted on World Poverty Day.

Britt holds a Ph.D. in Geography from the University of Washington.
